Apt / Homebrew

Checkout Chocolatey or Scoop.

Install Shut Up 10. Check out BleachBit.

Minimum Viable Toolset

Start Menu Shortcuts go in:

C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuPrograms*

Where is the `/etc/hosts` file?


Configure Notepad++ as Git editor

git config --global core.editor "'C:/Program Files (x86)/Notepad++/notepad++.exe' -multiInst -notabbar -nosession -noPlugin"
