Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, our seasoned team includes experts in market analysis and development, project planning and management, architecture and design, human factor interfaces, Object Oriented and functional programming, and manual and automated third generation Quality Assurance.

Leadership 

Dr. Bryan Serrano, CEO has over 25 years of CEO experience in both large and entrepreneurial Enterprise software companies. Besides his undergraduate degrees in Physics and Mathematics, he also holds a Ph.D. in Mass Media Marketing. Rising quickly in the corporate world from Vice President of a F100 company to President of a public company, he then started several software companies, which he sold with multiple returns to investors. His teams have developed dozens of software products which captured hundreds of millions in revenues.

Liam Shepherd, President is an experienced technology executive with over 15 years in the industry. He brings expertise in business and technology leadership, together with a hands-on technical and marketing background in both software and hardware. As VP of several Silicon Valley enterprises, Mr. Shepherd has successfully designed and brought to market a succession of products.

Kevin Shepherd, CTO is a graduate of Cambridge University, UK in Physics. Having been a CTO for a number of companies, he oversaw the development of dozens of products by several teams of engineers. Besides his renowned design and architect skill sets honed over the course of 25 years, he is also rather hands-on as an expert programmer in many areas.
