The KIZU514 Solution
The financial company engaged KIZU514 to define, architect, design, develop, and deploy the custom CRM system.
KIZU514 started by gathering internal information from a select panel of experts at the company. Panel members were chosen from sales, support and business associates to understand how their current processes worked. From the information gathered, KIZU514 developed an exhaustive business flow analysis which was then scrutinized and analyzed by the same panel of experts to refine and streamline it into a best practice model for the new system. A prototype was designed and deployed among a much larger group of experts to fine tune the design.
As part of the new CRM system, KIZU514 developed a new tool to gather and track the behavior and interests of online visitors and the services that they us – Prospects and customers.
2. Smooth Human Factor Oriented GUI Increases Service Sales

A leading provider of web based services to the Media brand industry has an established service that helps brand owners manage their media assets online. This asset management service has the functionality that media brand owners need, and was already very well received by the market. To grow their market share, the company decided to have a major promotional campaign to push their services, but first they wanted to take their User Interface to a new level – to add a “wow” factor. They wanted this completed before the launch of their campaign.

The process began with analyzing existing and potential future users of the service, the ways that they interact with it, and the key functions that they wanted to use. KIZU514 believes that any User Interface design must be firmly grounded in natural instinctive usability, consistency of look and feel, and responsive controls. As a result of this analysis, KIZU514 developed a proposed functional layout design for every screen of the application.
As there was a very tight schedule for this project, KIZU514 performed several tasks in parallel. At the same time as the functional layout, they simultaneously created the color.
3. Rapid Security Software Development Cycle Charges into New Market

A network security appliance company wanted to expand their already extensive product line beyond firewalls and VPNs.
They decided that their first new member of their family of appliances would be content filtering, and agreed a partnership with one of the leaders in that space. A technology leader in high availability and reliability, they wanted to take advantage of their strengths and build them into the new appliances.
When it came to porting their technology to the new network security appliances, a major problem became apparent.
Their old appliances were extremely reliable and often ran without a problem year after year after year. So reliable, in fact, that the software controlling them had hardly changed in nearly 15 years! The code was impossible to port to any system new enough to be compatible with the content filtering engine – or indeed any of the new product lines that they wanted to support.
